The challenge

The client came with a business idea and scattered service information. The goal was to create a web presence that explains the offer quickly, builds trust, and makes it easy for customers to contact the business.

Problem

Small business websites often either look too generic or become too hard to maintain. The challenge was to keep the experience premium, simple, and editable.

Who it's for

  • Small business owners
  • Marketing teams
  • Sales teams
  • Content creators

Approach

Developed a modular website using Webflow and a custom CMS. Designed reusable content blocks for services, case studies, and blog posts, allowing the marketing team to build new pages without developer assistance.

Key features & screens

  • Clear homepage story
  • Service cards
  • CMS-managed content
  • Contact/WhatsApp CTA
  • FAQ section
  • Gallery/testimonials
  • SEO-friendly structure
  • Mobile-first layout
  • Reusable components
  • Admin editing flow

System & UX decisions

  • Make the first screen answer what the business does and why it matters.
  • Keep CTAs visible but not aggressive.
  • Use CMS fields that match how the owner thinks.
  • Design sections as reusable blocks.
  • Keep mobile contact actions easy to reach.

Outcome

The site was shaped around clear service storytelling, contact conversion, reusable sections, and easy content updates.
