The product idea was a local marketplace where users could browse items, compare options, contact sellers, and save products. The design challenge was balancing visual discovery with trust-building.
Problem
Marketplace users make decisions with incomplete information. If seller details, item condition, contact method, or location feels unclear, users hesitate.
