The product direction was to support users in building healthier routines without creating guilt. Instead of making the app feel like a strict tracker, the experience should feel like a calm daily companion.
Problem
Users often abandon habit apps when the experience becomes too demanding, judgmental, or complex. The product needed to make progress visible while also making restarts feel normal.
