The challenge

The client started with an idea and needed a complete identity direction. The work moved from positioning and visual references into a brand system that could support website, social content, product UI, and launch assets.

Problem

Many early brands focus only on logo design. But once the brand moves into websites, presentations, social content, and product screens, it needs rules, not just visuals.

Who it's for

  • Business owner
  • Customers
  • Marketing team
  • Designers/developers using the brand

Approach

Create a brand identity system with logo direction, typography, color, spacing, visual style, tone, and digital usage examples.

Key features & screens

  • Brand positioning
  • Logo direction
  • Color system
  • Typography system
  • Layout rules
  • Tone of voice
  • Website style direction
  • Social template direction
  • Brand guideline page
  • Motion behavior notes

System & UX decisions

  • Connect brand personality to user trust.
  • Make guidelines practical, not decorative.
  • Design for digital use first.
  • Keep the system flexible for future pages.
  • Include examples so the team can apply it correctly.

Outcome

The identity was shaped into a practical brand system with colors, typography, components, tone, and launch-ready web direction.
